Itinerary / Quotation
• The above is just a quotation and no reservation has been processed at the time of this request. The quote will be revised in case of any change in the package requirements. Rates quoted are subject to verification at the time of definite booking.
• The pictures have been sourced from multiple third-party sources. Fuji Vacation and Tour does not assume any responsibility with respect to discrepancies in look and feel of different hotel properties/sightseeing compared to the actual experience. Fuji Vacation and Tour does not own these images and has included them only for representation purposes to give clients a better idea of the inclusions of their trip.
Flight Booking Policy
• Flight cost and availability are subject to change at time of actual booking.
• Documentation: Original Passport with minimum validity of 06 months from the return date with at least three unused/blank visa pages. It is the client’s responsibility to check the validity of their passports.
• Documentation: Clients must ensure the information on their visa matches their valid passport & travel itinerary; otherwise, the airline has the right to deny boarding.
• Check-in: Check-in procedures must be completed by clients themselves. For international flights, web check-in is recommended but not mandatory.
• Check-in: Some domestic low-cost airlines (especially in Europe and Asia) may charge extra for check-in at the airport; online check-in is advised.
• Amendments: Name changes are not allowed once the booking is confirmed.
• No Porter Facility: Porter service is not included. Clients are responsible for handling their own luggage.
• Baggage: Excess baggage fees are payable directly at the airport by the passenger.
• Seats: Seat assignments are at the discretion of the airline and may involve extra charges for preferred seating.
• Schedule: Fuji Vacation and Tour is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by natural disasters, political unrest, or airline strikes.
• Schedule: Flight timings are subject to change by airlines; passengers must check updates themselves.
• Rescheduling: Airlines are governed by DGCA (or relevant authorities internationally). Refunds, reschedules, or amendments are beyond our control.
• Special Requests: Requests such as wheelchair assistance or meal preferences must be made at the time of booking and are subject to airline policy.
• Code-sharing airlines: Flights may be operated by partner airlines; passengers must follow the operating carrier’s policies.
• Boarding Issues: Fuji Vacation and Tour is not responsible for denied boarding due to late arrival, overbooking, or non-compliance with airline rules.
Accommodation / Hotel Booking Policy
• Confirmation: All hotel bookings depend on availability and confirmation by the property (24–48 hours after payment, excluding weekends).
• Check-in/out: Standard check-in is 2 PM, check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out depends on hotel discretion.
• Security Deposit: Hotels may request a deposit (cash/card). Refund times vary from instant (cash) to 7–15 business days (card).
• Breakfast Policy: Breakfast is served from the morning after your first night. (Example: If stay is Jan 1–2, breakfast is on Jan 2).
• Early Breakfast: Early departure packed breakfast depends on hotel policy. If refused, costs are borne by the client.
• City Tax: Local/city taxes in countries like Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, or Europe must be paid directly at the hotel.
• Special Requests: Adjacent rooms, same-floor rooms, king/double beds, smoking/non-smoking rooms, etc. are subject to availability at check-in.
• Mismatch of Expectation: Refunds are not provided if hotel facilities/services do not meet personal expectations.
• No Show: No refunds for missed stays due to delayed/cancelled transport.
• Early Check-out: No refunds for unused nights.
Visa Policy
• Visa Assistance: Fuji Vacation and Tour offers visa guidance and document support but does not guarantee approval.
• Visa Authority: Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy/consulate.
• Accurate Information: Clients must provide complete and correct documents. Rejections due to errors are client’s responsibility.
• Visa Charges: Processing begins only after payment of visa fees.
• Non-refundable: Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable, even if the visa is rejected.
• Confidentiality: Client data is handled securely and shared only with consulates/agents as necessary.
Sightseeing & Activities
• Itinerary Schedule: Fuji Vacation and Tour reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational or unforeseen issues.
• Weather: Activities canceled due to weather will be refunded as per vendor’s invoice.
• Health Criteria: Clients must ensure they meet health/fitness requirements for tours.
• Transportation: Third-party vehicles may face delays or breakdowns; we will assist in arranging alternatives if possible.
• Modification: Fixed-time activities cannot be changed or refunded once booked.
Self-Drive Policy
• Car Substitution: Rental companies may provide similar category cars if the booked one is unavailable.
• Inspection: Clients must inspect vehicles for pre-existing damages before use.
• License: A valid license (Indian/International as required) must be carried.
• International Driving Permit: Required in certain countries for rentals.
• Credit Card: Mandatory in renter’s name for security deposit; luxury cars may need two cards.
• Security Deposit: Charged and refunded by rental companies (15–30 days); beyond our control.
• Insurance: Basic insurance included; extra coverage may be purchased.
• Traffic Rules: Clients must follow local driving laws.
• Fines: All challans/penalties are client’s responsibility.
• Fuel Policy: Car must be returned with the same fuel level.
• Additional Costs: Tolls, fuel, and parking are payable directly by the client.
• Cleanliness: Excess cleaning fees may apply if vehicle is returned dirty.
Cruise Policy
• Bookings and rates depend on cruise line confirmation (24–48 hours after payment).
• Global cruise liners charge compulsory gratuities at check-in.
Payment Policy
• 15% token advance required at booking; non-refundable bookings need 100% upfront.
• Full payment required for all flights (no partial payments allowed).
• Balance payments must be made by the due date.
• Accepted Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), Cheque, Credit Card (extra surcharge applies).
• Surcharges: 1.5% for Visa/MasterCard, 3.5% for Amex/Diners/other cards.
• International cards not accepted.
• Failure to pay on time results in booking cancellation without refund.
Refund Policy
• No refunds for unused accommodation, meals, transport, or missed sightseeing.
• Inland transport services (flights, ferries, trains, buses) and attraction tickets are strictly non-refundable/non-amendable.
Agreement
• By making your first payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Service Terms of Fuji Vacation and Tour.
• Any disputes are subject to Indian law and exclusive jurisdiction of Jaipur courts.
